2026 AOTF Award Winners

Heather Fraser, Virginia Commonwealth University

Heather is Vice President of her (Pi Theta Epsilon) PTE Chapter, an Honor society under the umbrella of AOTF (American Occupational Therapy Foundation).  A Richmond, VA volunteer who plans to work in adult in-patient rehab or an outpatient clinic.

Isabelle Fortiz, Virginia Commonwealth University


Isabelle is a club President, tour guide and teaching assistant who is working on her PhD to become an educator & researcher while exploring interventions for military health.
