A fantastic group of OTPs have been meeting to talk about, dream, and brainstorm about how to create a viable way of facilitating mentoring relationships for Virginia OTPs. A core of us, Jane Hampson, Sue Lin, and Cutting Polakiewicz, have drafted some processes to make involvement easy of everyone, potential mentors and mentees alike. We have ideated how to make resources accessible when needed,, and built in the freedom to establish a mentoring relationship when and how it works for each individual.
We need your voice and ideas to ensure that this is a solid framework and is sustainable.
