Thank you for your interest in the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association! We are the premiere membership organization for all occupational therapy practitioners in Virginia.
My name is Brigitte Vincent. I work with Econometrica Inc., a consulting firm working with CMS on a training event to support Long-Term Care Hospitals in adopting new and revised data standards associated with the Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Quality Reporting Program (QRP). The training is designed as a train-the-trainer session. Participants will acquire the skills necessary to help their organizations prepare for changes to the Continuity Assessment Record and Evaluation (CARE) Data Set that will go into effect on April 1, 2016. The training itself will be offered on November 19th and 20th at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel in Baltimore, MD. I would appreciate your assistance in getting the word out to any LTCHs or other interested parties with whom your organization currently does business.
To make it as easy as possible, I have included the verbiage that has been prepared for an upcoming Medicare Learning Network (MLN) announcement below. Please feel free to forward to whomever you think might be interested in attending this training.
