An Annual Legislative Day to be held in Richmond, VA on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 with a "snow date" of February 3 and will begin at 9am. This is an annual event held each year in which our Lobbyist, Alexander Macauley and his associates, Hunter Jamerson and Lindsay Walton discuss the legislative process for the Virginia General Assembly session as well as provide an update on key issues which may impact the profession of occupational therapy.

It is advisable to contact your legislator's office and schedule a meeting time, if possible. Understand you may not meet directly with your legislator but, instead with his/her Legislative Assistant which is fine since this person is directly working with your state Senators and Delegates.
